Data connectivity to the campus’ internet network will also be available throughout these offices, conference rooms and instruction classrooms.
Sustainability benefits for this project include: low “E” glazing window systems, a connection to the campus chilled water system, an energy efficient lighting systems, a thermoplastic membrane solar reflective white roofing system (‘cool-roof system’), a connection to the campus’ high voltage electrical grid service, an efficient HVAC system and the building’s men’s restrooms will be plumbed for a future retrofit of waterless urinals.
