Residential Suites, Phase I

In general, Phase I consists of the construction of 111 units of new student housing in two buildings comprised of 3 four-story Type V framing buildings. There is, also, a small central plant yard, housing the mechanical and electrical equipment. Site development will include a palm tree courtyard and some parking. In addition to housing, the project has a two-story general study classroom in each building, which includes a private conference room and mezzanine.
