The Parking Structure I Project consists of the construction of 2,438 stalls of parking on six levels in approximately 735,000 gross square feet. There is also a small (15,365 gsf) essential building facility that will house the offices of University Police and Parking/ Transportation Services. Site development will include a 'porch' on the west end; a secured parking area on the east end for police vehicles (approximately 12 spaces); and softscape throughout. The project also includes offsite components comprised of road improvements and traffic signalization.
