The project consists of redeveloping the existing pond and surrounding area adjacent to the CLA Building into a Japanese themed garden. The new garden will have a larger pond with a waterfall feature, two bridges that traverse the waterfall and the pond, as well as walkways, viewing vistas and ligthing. New landscaping shall include rock formations, trees, shrubs and groundcover.
