This project is the construction of approximately 52,000 square feet of permanent facilities for IPOLY, including associated site work. The building program includes classrooms, administrative offices, a multipurpose room,
a small resource center, amphitheater and outdoor learning spaces, as well as a small food service facility. Site improvements, in addition to landscaping, include telecommunications, utilities, roadways and 186 parking spaces.
