Bldg. 8 Courtyard Concrete Patio

The Building 8 Courtyard Concrete Patio Deck project is located within the area between Buildings 3 and 8. The primary scope of work includes the construction of a concrete deck and related waterproofing and drainage.

The Building 59 Wood Deck project is located along the front of this building. The primary scope of work includes removal of the old deck and installation of a new deck and related.

These were renovation/upgrade projects.

Both projects are complete although some punch-list work still remains at the Building 8 Courtyard project. As related to the Building 8 project some hard and landscape renovations are being planned for the adjacent Building 3 Courtyard area.
