Accessibility Improvements/Repair Project

The project will repair and make accessible existing pedestrian pathways and walkways, reconfigure two parking lots, and rectify existing non-compliant HC parking in the center of campus. One lot, adjacent to buildings 95 and 97 will provide seventeen (17) accessible parking stalls, and four (4) service parking stalls; the second lot, adjacent to building 24, will provide five (8) accessible parking stalls; two (2) service stalls and one (1) loading stall. To provide security and expand existing access to the campus shuttle system, the roadway adjacent to the parking lots will be widened to accommodate an accessible shuttle stop and trash enclosures.

Building 97,Campus Center Marketplace, will be closed for the summer quarter and will reopen for the fall quarter due to the construction project. Please contact Brett E. Roth, Assistant Director Campus Center extension 3189 with any specific questions regarding food services.

Fire Alarm Testing

Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing

Fire alarm testing is performed on a quarterly basis, usually on the first or second Saturday of January, April, July and October. The testing is conducted by Facilities Management's electricians in all major buildings, except those in the residence halls, Bronco Student Center, Kellogg West buildings, and sometimes, the CLA Building, and is scheduled to cause the least interference with campus activities. These tests are required by and conducted in accordance with the State Fire Code.

Please contact Facilities Customer Service at Ext. 3030 with any questions or concerns.
