Facilities Planning & Management's (FP&M) Rewards & Recognition program is an employee-driven program that encourages support and participation from all FP&M employees and the campus community. The program has been in effect since September 1994.
Employees are FP&M's most important assets and the organization's success is based on the hard work and dedication of these employees.
The FP&M rewards program encourages a culture of recognition to motivate, appreciate, and inspire people to do their best.
The committee consists of five team members representing a cross-section of the organization who are dedicated to promoting a culture of recognition.
The current members are: Delfina Perea, Monika Kamboures, Cathy Taylor, Jesse Quiroz, Daniel Vest, Christina Gomez, Tanya Ragsdale, and Michael Perez.
