Second BA/BS and MA

Second BA/BS students are not eligible for grants, and must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to qualify for loans. If you, as a second BA/BS student, have not reached your unit cap or your aggregate (lifetime loan limit), you are eligible for loans at the undergraduate level (even if you pay graduate level fees) until you reach your aggregate or your unit cap. If you reach your unit cap, you will be eligible for loans for one additional year at the undergraduate level if the aggregate limit has not yet been reached. The unit requirement to receive a loan will be the same as it is for first-time BA/BS undergraduate students.

Second MA students are not eligible for grants and must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to qualify for loans. If you, as a second MA student, have not reached your unit cap or your aggregate (lifetime loan limit), you are eligible for loans until you reach your aggregate or your unit cap. If you have reached your unit cap, you will be eligible for loans for one additional year at the graduate level if the aggregate limit has not yet been reached. The unit requirement to receive a loan is the same as it is for first-time MA graduate students.
