To Accept/Decline a Loan
Loans can be accepted on Bronco Direct after September 1, 2014. First-time borrowers must complete an online Entrance Workshop.
To decline or reduce a loan, submit an Information Update Form to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships.
Please note: After you have accepted your loan(s) you will not be able to make changes. If changes need to be made, you must submit an Information Update Form to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships.
Master Promissory Note: Beginning Friday, September 12, 2014, new Stafford Loan borrowers need to sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN).
Parent Plus Loan: Beginning Friday, September 12, 2014, parents will be notified by Direct Lending regarding the status of their loan. If approved, the Master Promissory Note (MPN) must be signed. If denied, the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships will send an email to the student with instructions on how to apply for an additional Unsubsidized Stafford Loan.

Summer Financial Aid
You can still apply for a summer grant. Complete an Information Update Form and submit it to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships as soon as possible.
Checking Financial Aid Award
Financial aid awards can be viewed on BroncoDirect. For students with complete and reviewed files you will find your award on "View My Financial Aid." If you are not sure of your status you can check for outstanding documents on the "To Do List" link under Personal Portfolio section of the Student Self Services menu.
Information About Waitlisted Classes
Please note: Wait list classes are not counted for enrollment purposes in the disbursement of financial aid to your account. If you are not able to reach full-time status, your financial aid will be adjusted to your current enrollment status.

Attention Early Start Students
Limited Financial Aid (PDF) is available for those who qualify. Students seeking financial aid must complete two Free Application for Federal Student Aid forms, (FAFSA) one application to fulfill the current academic year (2012-2013 which includes summer 2013). The second application fulfills the upcoming academic year (2013-2014) and to check eligibility for the Early Start Fee Waiver. Both are required for completion before May 30, 2013.
