Estimated Total Cost

2013-2014

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSUs must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular quarter has begun. All CSU-listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.

Mandatory Orientation fees that will be added to the budget for freshmen and transfer students:

For fall quarter – freshmen $177, transfers $80, parents $46

Meals have to be based on a 21 meal per week plan. Calculations are:
21 Meal Plan - 19 meal plan = $4,458/30 weeks = $148.60/19 meals week = $7.82 per meal. $7.82 x 21 meals = $164.24 x 30 weeks = $4,927 for 21 meals per week

Note: The possible fee increase is not included in this cost of attendance. Should fees be increased, budgets will be revised accordingly.
