Fall Conference 2012

A tradition dating back to the 1950’s when it was known as Fall Staff Conference, today’s Fall Conference is the three-day event that inaugurates each academic year. In 2012, the normal conference schedule will be altered in honor of Rosh Hashanah. Fall Conference will now kick off on Wednesday, September 19 with Convocation. This morning event offers the President’s annual State of the University address, as well as special recognition opportunities for faculty, staff and students. The Service Awards ceremony will follow.

Wednesday will also include Bronco Fusion, Cal Poly Pomona’s annual welcome for incoming students. Many college and division meetings that would normally be scheduled for Tuesday have also moved. Please review the calendar for the most current updates.
