15th Annual CSU Symposium on University Teaching Registration

The 15th CSU Symposium on University Teaching will be held at the Bronco Student Center at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday, April 14, 2012, 8:30 a.m. (registration), 9:00 a.m. program begins. A pre-conference workshop on the scholarship of teaching and learning will be held on Friday, April 13, 1-4:30 p.m., at the Cal Poly Pomona University Library (no extra charge).

Please register with this form even if you have submitted a presentation proposal. Conference fee: $28 pre-paid, $35 at the conference. Payable by personal check (make out to Cal Poly Pomona, putting Faculty Center Symposium on the memo line). Mail to: Lola Culotti Faculty Center 3801 West Temple Ave, Bldg 1-227 Pomona CA 91768.
