Core Training-Summer
Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Core Training is an intensive program that gives teachers an overview of the PLTW courses to be taught to middle and high school students. The middle school courses are one-week training modules and the high school courses are two-week training modules. The Core Training courses are taught by PLTW Core Training Instructors. Teachers from across the nation are invited to take advantage of the PLTW Core Training at Cal Poly Pomona.

CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing)- Orientation July 7; Training July 8-19
GTT - Gateway to Technology (middle school):
Magic of Electrons and Flight & Space- Orientation July 7; Training July 8-12
Medical Detectives and Science of Technology- Orientation July 15; Training July 15-19
Session II

Registration Fees:
PTE- Pathways to Engineering (high school):
Includes lunch and parking
$2,500 two-week session
Late registration fee is $150 in addition to cost of session for registrations received less than 1 month before training start date.
GTT - Gateway to Technology (middle school):
Includes lunch and parking
$1,500 one-week session
$2,500 for two one-week sessions

Housing on Campus at Kellogg West Conference Center Lodge:
(optional; participants may choose to commute to campus each day)
Includes breakfast and dinner
Private room with bath, tv, phone, and patio or balcony. Access to complimentary fitness center and pool.
A-$1,250- 10 nights/no weekends/includes breakfast and dinner
B-$1,500- 12 nights/includes weekends, breakfast and dinner
C-$625- 5 nights/no weekends/includes breakfast and dinner
