Please Keep This Message for Reference To: Engineering Commencement Participants, Spring 2012 This message contains important information for engineering students who plan to participate in this year's College of Engineering Commencement ceremony. You are responsible for your participation in this ceremony. The ceremony will last approximately 2 hours. Out of respect for everyone involved, all participants are expected to remain for the full ceremony. College of Engineering Commencement Graduates and faculty will line up for the Processional beginning at 3:00 pm. The procession will form on Mansion Lane beginning at University Drive. Graduates will check in at the registration table located at the intersection. Graduates who register after 3:30 pm should not expect to participate in the Processional in the proper order of march. Graduates and faculty will be seated in reserved locations. There is no limit on the number of guests. Guests will be seated behind the graduates in open seating. Disabled guests may sit in an accessible seating area. If you have any questions or require special arrangements call 909.869.4916. Parking Permits are required and may be purchased in advance for $5.00 at the Bookstore or online until Thursday, June 7th. During Commencement weekend, permits can be purchased for $10 (Cash Only). Limousines will be required to have a valid Cal Poly Pomona permit and park in Lot C. Valid Cal Poly Pomona (and other CSU) 2010-11 annual permits and 2011 spring permits will be honored during Commencement weekend. Disabled parking is located in Lot C and requires a paid permit.
