Why Engineering?

As an engineer you will have the ability to make a difference in the world! Engineers get the opportunity to solve real-world problems that affect our society and improve our lives through science and math. As an engineer you will be able to work in teams with other great people and collaborate on many different projects such as:

  • Designing rides for theme parks or creating new technology
  • Developing different consumer products such as soaps or cosmetics
  • Developing ways to make food products healthier
  • Creating new computer programs or designing new roads
  • Helping develop solutions for environmental problems
