Garden Grove: From the 22 Fwy, take the Knott Ave Exit. Head North on Knott and head underneath the 22 Fwy. Passing Lampson Ave and Chapman Ave, turn right at the next signal, Orangewood Ave. Turn on the first street on the right, taking you into the "Commerce Center". Take an immediate left into the parking lot. Look for #1 at the farthest east door. The clinic faces Orangewood Ave. Anaheim: From the 5 Fwy, exit Brookhurst South. Turn left (East) on Crescent Ave. Pass by the firehouse on left side, and enter the first driveway on the left. You'll see the 2101 on the bldg. Enter the first door from the street. I am in the Knight Physical Therapy clinic. |
