News Flash 01/19/2009: The Web Based Training Site is Fully Functional.

Welcome to California State Polytechnic University’s Environmental Health & Safety Web Based Training Program. We hope this method of training will provide an acceptable alternative for accomplishing your safety training needs.

To complete a web-based training courses you must first obtain a user name and password by emailing the Environmental Health & Safety Department at ehs@csupomona.edu with your name, position and department.

If you have already obtained a password, please ensure your protection by changing your password after you have logged. Your Password can be changed from the Course's Web Page by clicking "AppLink" in the upper left corner and then clicking "Edit Profile" also in the upper left corner to get to the User Profile Page. From the User Profile Page type your new password in the Password and Confirm Password Boxes and click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Note: It is strongly recommended that you do not enter or save any data in the Personal Information Section of the User Profile Page. This is to protect your personal information.

Information on New Training Server

Introduction/Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety Department has recently updated the Clarity Web Based Training Courses and switching to another Web Server to better serve the needs of the campus community. Information is provided below on Web Server changes, Usernames, Passwords and New Courses.

Web Server Changes

The Clarity Web Based Training Courses have been moved to a new Web Server. To access this new Web Server, click the link named "Enter Training" on this Web Page. This will take you to the Log-On Screen for accessing the courses.

Username and Password Changes

Your Username has been changed by eliminating the first two characters, which were "PO" representing the Pomona Campus (For Example: "POJDOE" is now "JDOE"). The remaining characters of your Username will remain the same, which in most cases will match your Cal Poly Pomona Email address without the "@csupomona.edu" ending. Your password will in almost every case remain unchanged. Please note that any leading zeros in numerical passwords have been eliminated (For Example: "0012335" is now "12345"). Please email the Environmental Health & Safety Department at ehs@csupomona.edu if you have any concerns or issues.
