• Clear Cache, Cookies and Delete History—If you are having certain types of problems with BroncoDirect, the Help Desk may direct you to this page. It is also useful if you are using a shared machine and want to be sure you have deleted all your own data. On your own personal computer, use it at your own risk, because it will remove your browser history, cookies, and other settings that you may rely on when you return to sites that you visit often.
