| Access: | Software can only be installed by a local campus technician responsible for the given machine. Campus techs can contact the Help Desk at X6776 for available licenses. The Campus Agreement provides licensing of specific Microsoft desktop applications, server technologies and Client Access Licensing (CAL) to faculty and staff members (including officially recognized Auxiliary Organizations). Microsoft does not include retired (Emeritus) faculty and staff in the current licensing agreement. Along with the licensing, the CSU also receives Microsoft Software Assurance which covers the products for any new releases that come out during the three-year term of the contract. Work-at-home (WAH) provisions are also included in the Campus Agreement for faculty and staff.
