• The Find_SSNs tool is in a ZIP file format. If you are not sure how to open (unzip, decompress) ZIP files, see http://www.csupomona.edu/~ehelp/security/remove_ssn_extracting_zipfiles.shtml (link opens in a new window).
• Find_SSNs does not require any installation.
• You can download the Find_SSNs tool to your desktop, My Documents folder, thumb drive or other data source.

The Campus Agreement provides licensing of specific Microsoft desktop applications, server technologies and Client Access Licensing (CAL) to faculty and staff members (including officially recognized Auxiliary Organizations). Microsoft does not include retired (Emeritus) faculty and staff in the current licensing agreement. Along with the licensing, the CSU also receives Microsoft Software Assurance which covers the products for any new releases that come out during the three-year term of the contract. Work-at-home (WAH) provisions are also included in the Campus Agreement for faculty and staff.

Campus departments or technicians wishing to obtain original software media or other Microsoft products may purchase them through our Campus Select 6 Agreement from ASAP Software. Faculty, staff and students wishing to purchase this software for their own equipment should contact the campus Bronco Bookstore’s Computer Department for special pricing. The Bronco Bookstore offers discounted pricing on many software titles and hardware products through its affiliate program with Apple and Dell. A limited number of WinZip licenses are available to faculty and staff. The software may be used at home if the home computer is used for university-related business.
