At time of purchase, you need to decide if you wish to also buy Software Assurance (Maintenance) coverage for your license/product. Software Assurance puts the license/product you are purchasing under a maintenance program that allows you to receive and deploy the latest versions of that license/product over the life of the contract. For example, if you purchase a Visio license with Software Assurance, you may immediately install the latest version of Visio, and as new versions are released, you may upgrade to those at no additional cost. This coverage is concurrent with the master agreement and expires 12/31/2011.
If you wish to run reports, send a request to your Campus Coordinator and ask to be set up with your own ASAP Online account, with a unique login and password, which includes access to the reporting function.

NOTE: If you wish to request pricing or place orders for any non-Microsoft products, or if you have any questions, contact your ASAP Representative.
Students are not licensed under the CSU Campus Agreement (exception – students are licensed to access many CSU servers under the Campus Agreement). Students may, however, purchase licenses and media for Microsoft Office and Windows upgrades under the Microsoft Student Select Agreement administered at many CSU campuses. Students who wish to purchase Select Agreement licenses or media should contact the campus bookstore:
