Enroll User

The instructor might want to add user who doesn't register via BroncoDirect, such as, teacher assistant, colleague and guest lecturer.

Below is the guide of how to enroll the user manually.

From the Control Panel:

  1. Click on the Enroll User link.
  2. If the student’s username is available, click on the Email radio button and type it in. If only the full name is available, click on the Last Name radio button and type the last name. Then, click on the Search button. When the student’s name appears, check on it and hit the Submit button.

Q: Why would I use this tool?

A: This is a great tool to manually add user who doesn't register through BroncoDirect.

Q: What if the user doesn't have Cal Poly Pomona email account?

A: You can't add any student who doesn't have Cal Poly Pomona email account. Please contact the Helpdesk for more information.

Q: I already enroll my guest lecturer, but he/she can't go to my "Control Panel". What should I do?

A: Guest role is prohibited by the admin. You can add your guest lecturer as a teacher assistant. After you enroll him/her, please change his/her role into teacher assistant.
