Collaboration Tool provides a capability to record a session.

From the Control Panel

1. Click on Collaboration in the Course Tools box.
   
   
2. Join one of the sessions.
   
3. When you are inside the session, you will see these buttons on the top right.
   
   
   1. To record the session, click button number one what is round.
   2. To pause and unpause the recording, click on button number two that looks like two small rectangles.
   3. To stop the recording, click on button number three which is a square button.
   4. To bookmark the conversation inside a session, click on button number 4 that looks like a folder.
   5. To access the recorded session, on the Collaboration page, click on the Recordings button.
      
      

Record the Whiteboard

To record an image of the Whiteboard, click on the Snapshot button. The Snapshot button is not active when the session is not being recorded.
