General Engineering Council meetings are held on a bi-weekly basis on Tuesdays during University Hour (Noon - 1:00pm) of every even numbered week of the quarter. General meetings are open to anyone who wish to attend. Council business will be discussed and led by the executive officers of the council. Guest speakers are allowed during meetings, but it is required that they notify the Engineering Council Secretary by midnight of the Thursday before the meeting they wish to address the council. Clubs must maintain 80% attendance at general meetings.
