The spring quarter will be a time for old officers to assist all new officers with transitioning into their respective positions. ECLR (Engineering Club Leadership Retreat) is an important event hosted throughout the BSC by Cal Poly Pomona’s Engineering Council. It is specifically designed for both new and old engineering club officers. The event is composed of several workshops designed to help officers develop leadership skills. Through ECLR, the engineering Council also seeks to create a smooth transition from outgoing officers to incoming officers. By doing so, clubs have the opportunity to begin planning for the next year and start off a successful year. Engineering Council highly encourages all engineering club officers to take part in this event, which will be held on Saturday, May 12th of this year.
