This year, with the generosity of many students, faculty and staff on campus, we have an exciting calendar in the making. Mark your calendars and come join us. Opportunity drawing tickets made possible by Foundation Dining Services are also available until March 30, 2000. Please buy early and often.
Displays will be housed throughout the campus, in various cases and venues (Feb 28 - March 30). Do you have a case or area we could use? There will be a matching quiz for members of the campus community to enter, with prizes given for completed entries. To enhance our displays and to tie in the theme "An Extraordinary Century for Women - Now, Imagine the Future" we will also organize an ongoing Photo Display/Collage made up of Real Pictures of Real Women from the lives of Real People at Cal Poly Pomona Past, Present and Future. The photos will become a permanent collection housed in the Library and available for gallery shows and will be added to throughout the next century as a lasting legacy of the history of women at CPP. The ongoing nature of this project builds upon and draws in a dynamic and diverse group of people from our past, present and future. An accompanying timeline will also be included, tying personal stories to local, national and world events. Please bring your photos and their story by The CENTER for scanning beginning February 23, 2000.
