SkillScape enables you to build a "Personal Skills Profile" by defining your skills and proficiencies.  These are matched to employers' skill-based job descriptions. Both candidates and employees are notified via e-mail when a strong match exists between job opportunity and candidate.  Free for job-hunters.

Hotjobs Online Technology Employment Center provides job listings and online resume-creation services in three categories: computer/technical, finance/accounting, and marketing/sales.

Infoworks USA is a free résumé posting and job-search service dedicated to software professionals. Posting your résumé will enter you into their search engine so that you will be e-mailed when new positions that match your skills become available.

JobExchange maintains a structured resume database to match individuals and employers. Job seekers can register their basic resume for free, with optional multimedia add-ons for a fee. They can also search a bank of newspaper classified ads. Employers may browse the resume database for free.

Job seekers can submit their resume to Job Bank USA's resume database for free.  Their Jobs MetaSearch page accesses the Internet's largest employment databases.
