| All students in The Collins School of Hospitality Management at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona are required to complete a minimum of 800 hours of hospitality work experience. Documentation from your employer is required. Many students find jobs by using the resources on campus at the Cal Poly Career Center and by visiting the job posting board in the student lounge at the James and Carol Collins Center for Hospitality Management. |
| Students help students find jobs. Some of our students are selected as campus representatives for Disneyland and Universal Studios. You can ask the campus representatives questions about how to juggle work and school schedules, their experiences, and career opportunities with their companies. |
| Students have opportunities to meet with a wide variety of companies at Career Fairs which are held during the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. The Cal Poly Career Center organizes the Fall and Spring Career Fairs and The Collins School of Hospitality Managment organizes the Career Expo during the Winter quarter.Students may also take advantage of the Internet services on campus and visit the following sites: |
