Personal Statement

I believe there is an element of missionary work or commitment that must be at the center or core of great educators and support staff. Although the challenges are many, we have the incredible opportunity and weighty responsibility to be able to change lives and impact future generations. We must commit ourselves to the “no excuses” philosophy and continually strive to find the structures, interventions, keys, or solutions to get ever closer to the dream of all children succeeding. We must know our core values and utilize them to help us make the difficult choices that we will face as educational leaders.
