The Deputy Title IX Coordinator for a student complaint against a University employee (non-academic) on the basis of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation is Carmen Munoz-Silva, Director for Diversity & Compliance. The process for a student to file a formal complaint against a University employee on the basis of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation is CSU's Executive Order 1074.
