Your campus Title IX Coordinator is available to explain and discuss: your right to file a criminal complaint (sexual assault and violence); the university’s complaint process, including the investigation process; how confidentiality is handled; available resources, both on and off campus; and other related matters.

The Deputy Title IX Coordinator for a student complaint against a University employee (non-academic) on the basis of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation is Carmen Munoz-Silva, Director for Diversity & Compliance. The process for a student to file a formal complaint against a University employee on the basis of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation is CSU's Executive Order 1074.
The Deputy Title IX Coordinator for complaints related to Cal Poly Pomona's Athletics Program is Traci Passeggi, Associate Athletic Director.
The Deputy Title IX Coordinator for complaints against a faculty employee on the basis of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation is Anita Jessup, Director of Academic Personnel.
