Help us launch this (not new, but) newly fueled and announced vehicle for good discussion and mentoring--not only of new faculty by old-timers, but of all of us by all of us. Sima Parisay and I are working on getting mutual mentoring going on a lot of levels, individual and collective--as you know from our email survey.
