I will be making two African dishes, one from Senegal, one from Morocco - fine for vegetarians. One uses rice, the other couscous. I may try to make a third Nigerian dish. I will grill meat, chicken and fish separately. You can bring:
- main dishes based on any ethnic cuisine
- side dishes
- salad, crudités (veggies), dips
- bread, tortillas, chips
- cheese or hors d'oeuvres (appetizers)
- desserts, fruit, beverages
- paper plates, cups, utensils
- international music, DVDs, or other show-n-tell
PLUS MIDDLE EASTERN DRUMMING with ethnomusicologist Chris Gacsi at 7:00
Any assistance with preparation or clean-up will be greatly appreciated.
