Steam Turbine Design
This part of the project is coming along nicely now.
I have just about completed (at the time of this writing) a spreadsheet
the does the basic Turbine thermodynamic analysis. Hopefully this will
be completed this week, and as Fall quater starts in 10 days from now,
I can start working on the mechanical design. The Spreadsheet was done
with Microsoft Excel using code borrowed from http://www.cheresources.com/iapwsif97.shtml
that generates the properties of steam and water using visual basic
functions that can be called by Excel. I have made a few modifications
and if you are interested, you can get my latest code here,
