Orientations and Application Deadlines

Credential Orientation Schedule

Credential Orientation for Multiple & Single Subject Programs & Teacher Internship Programs are now online

For current Cal Poly Pomona Students, follow the directions below:

  1. Login to Blackboard using your BroncoName and BroncoPassword
  2. Click the Organizations tab at the top of the screen
  3. In the Organization Search box type "Credential Services Program Orientation" (without quotations) and click Go
  4. Click the double-down arrow icon next to the Organization ID and then click Enroll
  5. You will be asked to self-enroll. Click Submit to self-enroll.
  6. You will see the message action successful if you have been enrolled
  7. Click ok to continue

   For non-Cal Poly Pomona student you can view the orientation either as a PDF or PowerPoint.

The intern orientation scheduled for 4pm on 11/27/12 has been cancelled. Please feel welcome to view the online orientation or attend the next scheduled orientation on 1/8/13.

Education Specialist Program Orientations are not online and are held at Cal Poly Pomona.

THIRD APPLICATION
Clinical Practice Application Deadlines (for progression into Clinical Practice)

  • Spring 2013 – Friday, December 14, 2012
  • Fall 2013 – Friday, June 14, 2013
  • Winter 2014 - Friday August 16, 2014
  • Spring 2014 - Friday December 13, 2013

Internship Deadlines (an alternative route for Clinical Practice)
Students eligible to join the internship program are required to consult with the Intern Coordinator and the Credential Services Office for deadline information for each quarter.

CREDENTIAL PROGRAM ADMISSIONS INFORMATION (second step)
In addition to applying to the university, you must also begin preparing your
Program Admissions Packet.
