First, Biggest, Best

In 1973, we pioneered the idea of a degree-granting program in hospitality management in the state of California. That means we have both the experience it takes to offer a time-tested program and the resources to capitalize on the future and the opportunities it brings.

We're also the largest four-year hotel and restaurant management program on the West Coast. Because we're bigger, we can attract the best faculty, provide the best facilities, and send you into the world with the widest range of skills so that you'll get the best jobs.

However one thing is definitely not big here at the Collins College. Class sizes. Although 550 students work toward our Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management each year, our student to faculty ratio is just 18:1. So along with the advantages of a big program, you'll get the individual attention in small classes that helps you get the most out of each course.
