Computer Science Scholarships

Computer Science Junior Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the Computer Science Junior Scholarships for Computer Science undergraduate students. The Computer Science Junior Scholarship is set up to support up to 2 scholarships in the amount of $7,500 each for undergraduate students who are at least Juniors and have a year remaining. Selection is based on academic achievement and interest in systems programming and/or operating systems. Please check the scholarship guidelines for qualifications and requirements.

Application and Selection Process

  1. Computer Science Junior Scholarship guidelines and application forms are available at the Computer Science Department office or you can download them from here.
  2. Completed applications must be submitted to the Computer Science Department office (8-49), by 5pm on Thursday, May 8, 2008.
  3. A scholarship review committee made up of Computer Science faculty will consider all applications and select the recipients.
  4. Recipients will be notified by May 15, 2008.

Nodus Technologies Computer Science Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the Nodus Technologies Computer Science Scholarships for Computer Science undergraduate students. The Nodus Technologies Computer Science Scholarship is set up to support up to 2 scholarships in the amount of $500 each for undergraduate students who are at least Sophomores. Selection is based on academic achievement and your future plans in computer science. Please check the scholarship guidelines for qualifications and requirements.

Boeing Scholarship

The Boeing Scholarship is set up to support up to 5 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each for Junior or Senior undergraduate students based on academic achievement, university and community involvement.

Application and Selection Process

  1. Completed applications were submitted to the Computer Science Department office by Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
  2. Recipients will be notified by April 28, 2008.
