Habitat 21 is the Sustainable Settlements Project of the John T. Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. We envision a just world in which all people live with dignity in safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable habitats. The project seeks to achieve this vision by developing, implementing and evaluating sustainable settlement strategies for disenfranchised communities in lesser-developed nations. We mobilize academic and professional expertise in aiding non-governmental organizations and others actively working in such communities.
