Cal Poly Society of Accountants (CPSA) is a professional and independent organization on campus that focuses on exposing students to academic and career issues in the accounting profession and gives them an opportunity to develop essential skills that employers seek. It is backed by the support of the Accounting Department at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Working closely with Beta Alpha Psi – Iota Chi Chapter (BAY), an honor organization, students have the opportunity to improve their networks with fellow students, professors and accounting professionals through weekly meetings, social and community service events, and professional events such as “Mock Interviews” and “Meet the Firms”. CPSA strongly urges students who are dedicated to self-development and goal setting to join and experience what it has to offer.

“If you’re not actively involved in getting what you want, you don’t really want it.” – Peter McWilliams
