Mr. Little's extensive consulting experience in the hospitality industry includes award-winning concept development experience and successful market/financial/operating analyses in a variety of hospitality food and beverage settings. Mr. Little's creativity has led to the highest industry sales for food and beverage, and high levels of guest, operator, and developer satisfaction in all facilities.
Mr. Little's education and credentials include a B.A.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto in Ontario.
