Chuck Lehman has a noted history as an experienced entrepreneur. He is the founder & current CFO of both Lehman Foods, Inc.- Fresh & Ready Foods® & Fresh a Ready Foods® of Nevada. Both companies specializing in production and distribution of fresh packaged, ready to eat, sandwiches, salads, bakery items and boxed lunches, a growing business in operation since 1992.
Prior to that, Chuck was best known as a dynamic Chef/Restaurateur that successfully owned and operated several full service, continental cuisine restaurants in Los Angeles and Houston. At one point he juggled six of his own unique restaurants all operating at the same time. During his tenure as a restaurateur, he received multiple industry awards for high standards of quality & service as well as creative, delicious food.
Along the way, Chuck also worked with IBM Foods, working in recipe development and innovative production techniques which helped guide that company into becoming one of the most successful frozen specialty food companies in the country now known as Overhill Farms.
At the moment Chuck is pursuing a couple of relatively new passions. He is a devoted grandfather and he has taken up recreational flying and will have his pilot’s license very soon.
