CSU Hospitality Management Education Initiative Program Coordinator
Erin Mascho is the program coordinator for the California State University Hospitality Management Education Initiative. The initiative is a collaboration between the 14 CSU campuses that have hospitality programs and key industry leaders. These stakeholders work together to provide an uninterrupted supply of hospitality leaders in California.
Highlights of Mascho’s time at The Collins College of Hospitality Management include: being a teacher’s assistant for Barbara Jean Bruin, working for Share Our Strength in Washington, DC, being president of Eta Sigma Delta and studying abroad in Ghana with fellow alumna Ivee Yu.
Mascho hopes to engage recent graduates to join the Collins Hospitality Society and foster a sense of community among all alumni.
