The Scantron in a Nutshell

1. The Scantron can scan a variety of Scantron forms containing data from exams or surveys.

2. Information can be stored in Excel files. Therefore the user has almost unlimited flexibility to evaluate the collected data.

3. ParScore (a course and grade administration program), like WebCT, administrates exams, quizzes, and grades.

4. Results from ParScore can be imported into WebCT.

5. All Scantron files can be stored directly on the user's network drive. Therefore, exams and surveys are directly available from the instructor's office.
