Q: Which Christian group should I join?
A: The best thing to do is ask the Lord. Pray that He would lead you to the place where He would like you to be. You can pray something like this: “Lord, I ask that Your will be done and that You would lead me to the Christian group of Your choice. I give myself to You during these college years and ask that You make them useful for Your purpose. Lord, gain me in these years, and I pray that I would gain and know You more. Lord, I love you. Thank you. Amen.”

Q: What makes you different from other Christian groups?
A: This has been a difficult question to answer since we are not here to compare or compete with other Christian groups. We like to maintain the oneness and fellowship with all Christians. Actually, our life in Christ (Colossians 3:3-4) is the common and uniting factor, so we enjoy having fellowship around this wonderful Person and His Word. The goal and focus of our coming together is nothing less than Christ and Christ Himself. We come together not primarily for socializing, entertainment, common ethnic background, or other reasons but to know the Lord, seek Him with a pure heart, enjoy Him, experience Him, study the Word, encourage one another to run the Christian race, build the Body of Christ and take part in God’s eternal plan.

Q: What are some practical pointers of being a Christian in college while there are so many pressures against a Christian walk?
A: Here are just a few important points:
- Spend time with the Lord every day, contact Him everyday, preferably first thing in the morning before the distractions of the day set in. You may pray, sing a hymn, muse on His Word, call on Him, etc. The main focus is to know Him, love Him, and be filled with Him.
- His mercies are new every morning (Lam. 3:22-24). There are many scriptural references, both from the Old Testament and the New Testament, mentioning how men of God rose up early to meet the Lord (Gen. 19:27, Gen. 28:18-19, Exo. 8:20, Exo. 30:7, 1 Sam. 1:19-20, Psa. 5:3, Prov. 8:17, Mark 1:35, John 20:1). This shows us that the early morning is the best time to contact the Lord and fellowship with the Lord. To fellowship means to open up our spirit and our mind to God and allow Him to enlighten us, speak to us, impress us, and touch us (Psalms 119:105, 147). During this time our hearts are drawn near to God, and we allow God to draw near to our hearts. We should rise up early in the morning to tarry before the Lord, to meditate, to receive leading and impressions from God, to learn to touch Him, and to give Him an opportunity to speak to us.
- Read the Bible daily. Build up a habit of reading every day, even if it’s only one chapter. That way you can have a rich deposit of the Word. Having a reading companion is a good idea to make ourselves accountable. Every Christian should read the Bible daily because it is "God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Tim. 3:16). It shows us many things that God has done for us and the way He has led men in the past. If we want to know the riches and vastness of God's provision for us, we must read the Bible. If we want to see God's step-by-step guidance for men, we must read the Bible as well
- Fellowship with other Christians. We have a life in us that is for the Body, and therefore necessitates fellowshipping with others for our own growth and the growth of the Body. Without fellowship, we can easily be discouraged and slow down or even stop in our pursuit of the Lord.
