Prof. Philip Lukeman (organic) earned his Ph.D. from Cambridge and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU.
Prof. Peter Oelschlaeger (biochem) earned his Ph.D. from Stuttgart, has held postdoctoral positions at Caltech and USC, and is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Occidental College.
Dr. Michael Page (chemical education) received his Ph.D. from UCLA and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Caltech.
Prof. Barbara Burke received an NSF S-STEM grant in the amount of $584,197.
Prof. Jim Rego was awarded an ACS PRF GB grant and a Cottrell College Science Award by the Research Corporation.
Prof. Sean Liu was awarded an NIH-SCORE grant.
Profs. Hossein Ahmadzadeh, Tim Corcoran, Shantanu Sharma, and Xuehe Zheng were named Provost's Teacher Scholars.
Prof. Rakesh Mogul was awarded a Faculty-Student Collaborative Research Seed Grant from CSUPERB.
Prof. Ed Walton was awarded the College of Science Distinguished Teaching Award.
