It is the responsibility of the student to provide a record of his/her course grades which will be used to validate the minor. Please enter the course numbers of the advanced chemistry electives. Space is provided for this above. The student must complete a minimum of 29 units of which 12 must be upper division with a GPA in the chemistry courses alone of 2.00 or higher. Once all courses are completed a Request for Award of Minor Petition needs to be turned in.
