He has diverse experience in the design and construction of large scale public and private infrastructure projects. He serves on the University's President's Council Scholarship and is the faculty advisor for the Construction Engineering Management Association. |

Professor Emeritus Breyer brings 20 years of experience plus state-of-the-art expertise to the design courses as both an author and nationally recognized authority on timber construction. He has been with Cal Poly for 34 years and teaches part-time in the CET program. |

Thomas O. Tice

Prof. Emeritus Tice has over ten years experience in the areas of construction planning, contracts, management, and building design. Some of his projects include buildings, utilities projects, land development and ski lifts. He is active as an advisor to the AGCC Educational Committee, campus representative to the Associated Schools of Construction, Chair to the Construction Industry Advisory Board, and member of TATT honor society. |
