There is an annual Construction Management Competition among the universities in the Western States which provide a degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering Technology. Our program has entered teams in this event since it began in 1987, and we have won many awards over the years. Attending this academic event is very favorable with the students due to the educational experience and the practical application of their knowledge. The competition problems are taken from real projects in the industry and the students must present a solution via a proposal and an oral presentation.
