The Graduation Check Is the first step toward candidacy

The submission of a Graduation Application is the second step toward candidacy

Grad Check for Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students are required to file a graduation check when they are within 10 courses or 40 units of completing their degree requirements.  To do this, students must complete a Graduation Check Request Form.  This form can be downloaded from the link of the Registrar's Office website http://www.dsa.csupomona.edu/registrar/forms_services.asp .  Requests from students who have not completed at least 140 units will not be processed.  Units in progress are not included in this 140-unit requirement.  Results of the graduation check are emailed to the student's CPP Email account typically within 90 days.

It is the student's responsibility to verify that all required contracts and/or petitions have been received by the Registrar's Office.  By looking at the Cal Poly Pomona document imaging system, Registrar's Office front counter personnel (Building 98, 2nd floor) can assist students in determining whether a petition has been received.
