I-Too in San Joaquin Valley
Testing Intrepid Too in the San Joaquin Valley

Intrepid Too was specifically designed and built for Sunrayce 95. After 1000 miles of testing, an accident occurred and the vehicle rolled over. The driver was seriously hurt. The vehicle was likewise damaged, but the team decided to repair the damage and compete in Sunrayce 95. The accident occurred only 16 days prior to leaving for the competition. Upon reaching Indianapolis, Indiana, Intrepid Too's solar array was nearing completion. In spite of the setbacks, Intrepid Too and CaPSET qualified Number 1 in North America during a 6 hour qualifier on the Indianapolis Raceway Park road track.

Competition:

Qualifier - First Place
Intrepid Too placed first on 3 of the 9 racing days.
Finished the race in THIRD PLACE overall.
